So, a bit about me and the roles I play... On the home front - I’m ‘mom’ to two epic (trash truck, car wash and board-game loving) souls, Leo and Rocco. I also hit the mega bucks, cha-cha-ching jackpot and get to call one of California’s most loving and soulful men, my husband. Other people call him Tom.

In the things-you-should-know-about-me department, people say I’m grounded. I think it’s true. Still, my life is exponentially, all around better when I embrace my woo. Bring on the Palo Santo, surround me with crystals and if you’re ever looking for someone to sound-bath with on a Friday night, I’m your person.

On the professional side - I’m a ‘wellness entrepreneur’, with a history of wellness businesses that span from services to products. Most notably, I launched and quickly scaled the West Coast’s first organic juice cleanse company. After riding the emotionally and physically exhausting (I mean, those bags of juice were heaavvvy) wave of growing that to a many multi-million dollar business, then almost losing every $ in our business and personal bank account, then merging the company, then selling the company, then still somehow feeling like the person responsible to run the company - and all the zillion of soul-stretching, sometimes soul-smashing days along the way…I lost some of myself. I shut out the woo. I started to doubt my gifts, question my capacity, and lose touch with my most natural talents and strongest desires.

My zigzagged path to rediscover the parts of me that I had lost included everything from psychics and psychedelics to ancestral healing, coaching, and daily meditation. What I learned is that despite how fiercely I doubted myself, the answers were always within me. This is what brought me to what I do today…help leaders, like you, to know yourself and most importantly, to trust yourself. You’ve got this.
